How do I get started?

To get started with BinderPOS book a demo. During your demo, you will learn more about our various features. After selecting a plan, you will onboard with the BinderPOS team and be set up for success.

What is the typical startup time for customers on BinderPOS?

Customers can expect an average start up time of 2-4 weeks when joining BinderPOS.

What support is offered to BinderPOS customers?

BinderPOS users have access to a live support chat during following days and CST times.
Monday: 10:00am - 7:30pm
Tuesday: Friday: 8:00am - 7:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Sunday: 4:00pm - 7:30pm
In addition to the live chat, users can also submit a support ticket any time. Additionally, we offer zoom meetings for anyone that has a lot of questions, needs extra training or help setting things up.
Beyond support, we have a growing library of documentation and training videos that can assist users. Shopify also has its own documentation and help center that can provide support.

Am I able to use a Custom Domain as a BinderPOS users?

Yes, you are able to point your Shopify storefront to any domain you own.

How does the monthly billing cycle for users work?

When you sign up for BinderPOS you will pay your initial monthly fee. You will receive subsequent invoices and be charged automatically on that day subsequent months.

Sales Commissions are invoiced on the 1st and charged on the 15th of each month for the month 2 months prior. For example, January commissions are charged on the 15th of March.

What additional fees are users charged?

You are charged 2% of your online sales through your website and the BinderPOS eBay integration. You are also charged 1% of sales through the Channel Fireball Marketplace.
